A friend of mine who used to develop games at Electronic Arts is now writing software for Khan Academy. Their collection of ideas could have a significant impact in education. The organization has gotten Bill Gates very much excited too. Pay attention to the teachers dashboard. Pretty fascinating. Technology may finally make the type of inroads people have been predicting for the last few decades. Not because of technology per se, but because of the ideas.
